Cushite rod holder

Fellas has anybody used those cushite rod holders,and if they are any good, where do you get them.

Mate they aren't too bad. Nice and comfy altough I stick to the standard butt cap these a not a bad option and good for the girls My brother got his through Nomad sportfishing.
