Help needed, email not matching member name ?

Hi, for some reason my fathers member login has not activated, his email address no longer matches his member name, ausfish have sugested the help section but cant find, can someone please help as he is getting the DEETEES realy bad.:'(

I dont know what could be wrong other than the email isnt typed in the exact way it should be. other than that i have no idea what it could be not letting him into his account.

Could it be something as simple as Cap Locks on?

As I said to you in the email, use teh forgot password option to get the password reset. See the thread in the help section regarding how to do this. Make sure you use the membername, not your email address as your dad's email is different to yours.
