I remember 10 years ago people said they would never touch a car made in Korea. Now they are equal to and in some cases surpassing Japanese manufacturers. 40 years ago anything made in Japan was considered crap. I wouldn't buy a Chinese boat now either, but 5-10 years from now? Never say never.

Bought a Chinese made BBQ once, nice looking stainless monster flash jobby in the shop "Aussie designed" too! ::), yep started to rust about 8 seconds after I assembled it, looked like shyte within two weeks.....never again

There is enough of the population who will believe what they are told, IF they are told it is a good thing!

Just look at the carbon tax as an example..... "We will make you pay more for everything, and this is going to save the environment"
Oh this is great, just what we need, can I please pay some extra as well, because I really want to feel like I am saving the environment! HA

The point is, that the salesmen will tell the purchasers this is good and a certain % of people will lap it up, and say "where do I sign"

Oh yes, and can I have one of those special 2 stokes you are selling, Fish Hard? I have been telling the MRS that is just what we need. I have also heard that they produce 49.3% more noise than a 4 stoke, meaning an increase in power of 67.98% If this is the case, I am probably best to order 2, because they are going to be in short supply soon when everyone wants one!

Oh, by the way, 38.56% of all statistics are made up!
