Hi all. arrived at the ramp at 515am this morning and was the only boat there? I didn't think the wind on seabreeze was that strong. It was a slow trip out to the reef in the 385 explorer but once around the stick it was fairly calm and cool. Caught 3 keeper squire 35 to 42 and a few gar for tomorrow. Copped a pounding heading back in, will use the queens beach ramp tomorrow, home by 9am.

Great work, did you get them on bait or SP?

Good stuff mate throw some pic's up I was up at the scarby ramp with my young bloke at about 8am and the wind was up. Looked nice out along the front there. I am thinking of giving that queens beach ramp a go as I have the same tinny you do. Bit hard on the back when the chop is up a bit and a very wet ride haha.:)

was using anchor, plenty of burly and bait, just heading out now. watch the sides of the queenies ramp as it is a meter above the sand, can use it like a pontoon
Well done,
It 's not a bad ramp , stay clear of it in Northerly winds and big run in tides, winter is pretty good when the westerlies on . but a part from that its with in 5mins to most fishy areas
