Fin Nor soft plastic combo

Has anyone had any experience with Fin Nor rods & reels. I am considering a 1-3kg combo for soft plastic fishing. I can't find any info on the net regarding the ultralight tackle. They are for sale at the tackle shop at Carseldine. The reels look really impressive, 7 the combo overall looks great for $150. I'm tossing up between this, the berkley dropshot or a shimano offering at the moment.
I plan to get 2 combos, one 1-3/2-4kg for bream ect & one a bit heavier (3-6kg) for snapper/jew/flatty's.
