Bass from the upper reaches

7936979368Fished the brissy river Wed am , on the water at 5.45am .A bit of a slow start for the 1st 3 hrs or so but things hotted up between 10.00-1.00pm .
12 bass caught & released (majority caught on Jackall Cherry)Biggest fish for the day went 46cm o/a length .
Highlite of the day was when my brother hooked a nice Toga close in to the bank , after several leaps & tailwalks the fish was dropped next to the canoe without getting no photo,s >:(>:(>:(

Very nice mate!
Might have to give a cherry a try for bass
I went up that way not long ago and found most to be quite small!
