The Moreton Bay Game Fish Club tournament 'Haines/Suzuki - Back To Tangas 4' was run and won over the weekend.

In the week prior to this, the clubhouse at Tangalooma, Moreton Island was broken into and thousands of dollars of gear was stolen.

Alcohol, eskies, Platypus fishing line, bits and pieces and most recognisably $2000 worth of brand new Pakula lures which were generously donated.

Please keep an eye out for Pakula lure rolls advertised for sale on various websites and be cautious.

Thanksfully our generous sponsors were able to pitch in with new prizes for us in a very short time frame helping to save our competition.

These oxygen theives should be used as tagging practice if they are caught. Well done to the sponsors that pitched in with replacement prizes at short notice. These companies are ones fellow fisherman should support if we can.
