Guys im after a 2nd hand 40/50 FOUR stroke Tiller with power tilt/trim and struggling to find anything.
Ive tried ebay/tradingpost/boatsales plus called numerous dealers around the country for no luck.
Any suggestions?

Mick that would be unreel and have thought about it but cannot justify the $$$$ for hull (would rather put that sorta money towards whole new rig), would be stoked with a second hand Honda.
It's been 4 months now and if I don't find something soon I may even just go back to a 2 stroke, Its painful not to be able to go for a fish whenever you like and the freezer has been empty for a month now.

Bugger mate - know how you feel when I was searching....maybe a 2 banger is your best option to get you back on the water?
Ill keep an eye out for you.

Here is a few to look at 40hp Honda's and 60hp Honda and Yamaha in Bundaberg, maybe too far away for you.

I just realized you are chasing tiller, these ones are all control box, dealer may have tiller handle though.
Cheers, Dave.

Iv'e been harassing KNP marine and just spoke to bundy marine who have 2 good yammy 60s that tick all the boxes. Would a 60 be too heavy??? Hull is a 4.29 Clark Abalone, its an old model and is a bit of a tank.
I recon a 60h/p would be to heavy for a 4.29 but in saying that she'd sure fly:o. Here is a link for a 2 stroke 40h/p but it doesnt say where in QLD it is located you would have to contact them. http://www.boatpoint.com.au/accessories/details.aspx?R=11415747&__Qpb=1&Cr=0&__Ns=pBoat_IsPremium_Int32%7c1%7c%7cpBoat_HasImage _Int32%7c1%7c%7cpBoat_Make_String%7c0%7c%7cpBoat_M odel_String%7c0%7c%7cpBoat_Price_Decimal%7c1&SearchAction=N&__N=1550%201555%2079%20257&silo=1500&seot=1&__Nne=15&__No=15&trecs=31&__sid=130EF509EA6A
