Mate it can depend on a number of things - phase of the moon (tide sizes), how far upstream you are. My advice is give it a go, take some more coloured lures in case the water's really murky, and fish the lower water column where the salt water sits below the fresh. 60mm is a fair whack, but doesn't necessarily mean it'l lshut down. No harm having a go.

Mate i've found moon phase also depends on location and species you're targeting. So many variables. Sometimes the 'no run no fun' theory can apply, but sometimes you'll have a corker on the neaps. Suss out certain locations using many rigs/baits/placcy's, take note of moon phase and tidal stage they came on/off the chew, and go from there. Have found over the years that each location and species yields different results, and some are same (new moon seems to be a consistently decent time for me). If you're fishing a lake, you may find that it is more time of the day/night that can garner results. I know i found that in a lake on the north coast i've fished quite a bit.
