View Full Version : A few bream from the Pine.

The bream have been pretty slow in the Pine over the holiday season with only a few keepers each time I've been out, but they were a bit better today. Got a dozen keepers ranging from just legal to a best of 33 cm in about four hours. Also released another seven. Still no prawns to speak of.

Top effort John, looks like you were right about the tides being better this week. I'm hoping to have another crack early on Wednesday.

I went out to the Pine on the weekend chasing Flathead and all I could catch were Bream, some good sized ones too. Semms like they are out and about.

I went out to the Pine on the weekend chasing Flathead and all I could catch were Bream, some good sized ones too. Semms like they are out and about.

We went out chasing flatties and were very happy to get some HOWEVER...I really want to get onto the bream, so maybe this weekend.
