Typical Wayno.....sinking the gaff in for no reason at all except to cull the local population of bikes.Playing god again i see. What gave you the right to decide weather the bike lived or not.Is there no end to the useless killing Wayno?
Next time you decide to do this you should look up the DPI website, i believe it says all bike over 27" caught in December shall be released due to their breeding cycle.:P

You know you can get these in much better condition at a department store. Is this where you do all your christmas shopping? At this rate you can open up a bike shop and go hungry.Jim

Mate , a moped...thats the holy grail of this breed.
If i was you id be heading for rather large bridges with not a lot of traffic of a night....they sems to find there way in the dark of the night..

Crest,
yer i know it looks like it came from up north, up round gladstone way.....

Defor,
Your right you know it is a jenny, but on the DPI list you can keep the fems. bag limit is 2 per person and wheel size is 20in.....

Pickers,
They really come on the chew after the school holidays and always around bridges. Its very rare that you;ll find one out in the middle of the Broadwater.
i find drifting for them works the best and the bigger the sinker the better. They'll take any bait and you have to gear up for them, they put up a good fight at the start but its only short lived. Like sting rays once you have them off the bottom your right.

cheers

Hey Wayno
I looked up the Fisheries web site and checked the rules about what you can take with a cast net ... what you took is not on the list.
You want to be careful old son. Anna is gonna put up a drone to check for illegal fishing in Moreton Bay soon and its people like you that they'll be targeting.

Looks like they had been caught before as I see a couple of tags on em down by the rear wheels! Hope you sen them into the DPI and they will get back to you with their previous catch history!

No use trying to sell them on the Black Market Wayno ...... apparently the local ones can't compete with the cheap asian imports!;)

Gees, catching bikes is common then. At least the bike I caught was fresh and alive, and a yong bloke even took it for a ride to the shops and back.

No dead pussy pushies up here, unlike the old coast.

Well I'll be forked!, looks like I -spoke- too soon. Turns out they are wheely common.

Sorry for doubting you mate... I hope you didn't have to handle bars to get to those schooling bikes.
