Kolan river

Gooday guys,
we have been on the kolan 3 times in the the last two weeks. Flatties are dead quiet. Tried the silver fox and many other squigies but no action.
Got smashed twice up stream from ramp, with electric idling away ,landed a 830 mm school shark on wa pilchard.
Crabs hung on to line along this bank,just under, but mixture of bucks and girls. Worth taking pots next time.
Going back thursday on the top of tide , if it stops raining.

Shame about the lizards, mate. They were on a couple of months ago. This rain should mix things up a bit, as the estuaries are very saline at the moment. Bent rods to ya!

Too true Cuzza , we have had a good couple of months on Kolan for Flatties, as you say they will come back on the bite.
