Here is some solo offshore video and pics taken during the 2011 Ausfish Agnes water/1770 Annual meet and greet. Please forgive my behaviour as I was fishing by myself ::). Bit of video followed by some fish pics and some sounder pics. I was safe the whole time as it was a good weather forecast, i was logged on with the coast gaurd, in constant comms with other boats and overnighted with the other boats :o. Anyway thoughts and feedback appreciated 8-). Enjoy. Cheers from boony

Great work mate, especially the fixed camera which moves with the boat so your image with the pearlies is stable. Second pearlie the music is dubbed a little loud so can't hear your commentary, but you prob realise that. Maybe a little more expansion on the rig with the slimies so we can see how it's set up... unless you don't want people to know. Love that pearlie, brilliant fish. Hope you don't mind the criticism, not meant to imply it's not a great little film, and I really enjoyed it. Fantastic stuff. and how lucky to run into that weather while you were up there! really enjoyed it.

Hey boys,

Both bits of footage....I'd rather watch 5 mins of that then an hour of most fishing shows....I was up there the last weekend of the M&G but fished the whole time I was there....Will have to book in for a week off next year as it seems to be an awesome get together. And Marty, I seen your rig when it was at Petes....Man that is a serious rig....In saying that, it doesnt matter how big it is, it didnt catch pearlies like Boonies little weapon...I do love seeing the little tinnies out there though....
Well done to both of you. Appreciate seeing the footage. Will have to start videoing some of my gear, just never get the time to edit it like the pro show you guys put up.

Boony, what a great job! I'm heading for Musgrave and Fitzroy next week. Hope to see some of those beautiful fish, and a few trout maybe! Weather for next week looks like it will be similar to your trip. Thanks for the video.

Not sure of the exact reason but it was bloody handy to see if we had drifted the way we wanted to and see if we were still on the fish without having to trundle a Klm up the front to the sounders in the Cab ;D Nothing like dropping in 80m of of water and hitting the bottom only for the skipper to say "Bring em' Up !"
