a mate and i went to the sandhills today, sunday, leaving manly after 8am
we had to work for the whiting and only got 60, yellow bouy was unproductive today, though plenty of boats there
the haze/mist was still around early afternoon, when we returned, you couldnt see any landmarks out there till you got close to them
the weather apart from the mist was perfect, seas dead flat

We got about the same amount as you yesterday, not as many grinners as last time thank god. Got 10 soul fish too and a couple of small sharks & a fe puffers

We were at Tangalooma on Saurday for a social day, but stopped off at the Sandhills on the way home for an hour,boated 46 all on gulp worms. Boats nearby on same drift using squid were plagued with grinners and got about 15 'tings in the same time we were there.

we used both squid and gulp worms, only got 6 grinners, all around the go slow sign area
when we moved, we didnt get any
