Brissie river threadie

The threadies have been on mainly during the dark hours, a mate had a mixed bag of Salmon and jew the other night but I ventured out gentlemans hours. Found a few stacked up on the sounder and lost one pronto on a transam 95 . Not long after I had a live herring go off and landed this bloke after a decent slug out fight . Also fought out this bloody big stingray who also took a livie. Bloody thing was huge LOL. Had me puffing. Unbelievable conditions on the water.... Cheers7144771448

Seen it on the river 2 sea page. Scored a nice threadie. When you on the river next, last planned trip was blown out hardcore by the weather. Shoot us a txt if your heading out to the river. I'll be O/n off mud I think and hit the river sunday morn on my way home. tight lines.

Up the coast this week end mossy . I would have loved to got out on the river again this weekend, Been some crap weather lately it was so good to get a nice day

Nice catch mate.

Yeah the Rays got me the other night, two livie rods out and one went off then while I was battling the rather large Ray the other went off and it was a bigger Ray ::)

famine or feast yeah? sure makes the dud days worthwhile when you get fish like that tho. met mossy at mud this morn for another famine. plenty of littlies and one of those "puffing" rays.
