400 bad request

can someone tell me whats going on here, whenever i go to different forum in bold letters up the top it says 400 Bad request
your browser sent an invalid request
and dont make it complicated please. computers aren,t my best

That is the heading of this thread, the one you started..^^

Clear out your temp files, it may be some corruption.

If you don't know how to , download this: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard

Shut down the browser, install the program, run the program and then click, "Run cleaner" then when that has finished> click
on the "Registry" button on the same program and click > "scan for issues" then> "fix issues" (do not worry about the backup thing).

Then shut program down and restart the computer.

but with all the bloody programs i have that are supposed to stop all this crap, why does it still happen?

A lot of software needs to be updated these days, it is just the awkward way the internet is evolving.
The average user always has to update something...



What browser are you using?

O'kay after the help from MudRiverDan every thing is back to normal .

Thanks Mud for the fix. I ran the cleaner through and it wiped the browser history ( firefox and windows vista) and other files which I haven't got a clue about and now all is good again.
