How do I embed a Youtube video in a post ??

I am wanting to post some embed some youtube videos in some posts.

Not wanting to use just the link to the video.

How do I do this.

I see the youtube button at the top when making new posts.
Would like to know what part of youtube link I have to insert in between brackets to embed the video in a post.

just paste the link and it will come up as the video
