Please use the "Forum Help" section for post that require help with the forums. Also best to look through the helps ection before sending off emails. The answer to your question is in the help section already. I will shift this for you.

The email states that your private messages are full. You have 29 messages in your sent folder and one in your "fishing spots" stored folder.

If you delete some of these messages your inbox will no longer be full. Maximum messages for a bronze member being 30.
