More Jewies

For the second round with the jewies (Fri night) we had some beefed-up gear and were ready to rumble. Unfortunately the big fellas didn't wana play but we did manage 7 schoolies for the night: 1 in the 80's, 1 at 79cm and the rest in the 50's and 60's. We also dropped three good fish from hooks being pulled long into the fight =/

We were using 4 and 5'' Sp's with 30lb braid and 60lb leader. We also discovered a new technique for fishing off bridges with sp's- it got us our two biggest fish! Gonna keep it on the down low for now =)

Just finished some trag off that we got last night, I reckon Jewies have got a really nice flavour.
