Gday guys,
My Dad my pop and I are heading out to moreton tomorrow early in a 6.3 metre half cabin. I was Thinking about heading to Mud island ( considering we do quite well out there ) however i started thinking about something new. Ive never fished Harrys and was gunna maybe head over there and try my luck. Better still maybe curtain.

Just asking for your thoughts fellas. And im not asking for GPS marks and what not just asking for an opinion.

Thanks a bunch guys

PBK, you are going to struggle a little in the strong westerlies if you head to Harries or Curtin. The eastern side of Mud should provide some reasonable protection. Check out Webby's map posted in the Mud island / Moreton Bay post for some spots to try

Hi PBK dont do Curtain with a forecast of 15-20kts westerly. We went on Saturday night with a 10-15kt forecast and it blew upto 25kts we ended up hiding behind the Tangalooma wrecks for most of the night it was that bad. It was an interesting night watching a few boats and yachts end up on the beach and get towed back in by the coastguard.
Mud will be your best option tomorrow IMO.
