insane amount of crabs

is it just the burdekin or every where in north Queensland but the amount of rusty bucks coming in from the sea into the creeks at the moment is unbelievable . its a waste of time fishing baits count to ten and theres a crab on it . in fours hours one round pot had 24 bucks in it the rest similar . the outside of the creeks is green zone maybe all the weed and junevile fish is a feed zone for them the area use to be trawled heavily before . so good to see rusty crabs again in numbers ,full full and full.;D where do they go when the fresh water pushes them out to sea .

my old man and a mate have been getting quite a few up a bit further north around the ingham area as well, been getting 10+ crabs a trip for the last month or so now. good to see they're around in numbers.
