Hey Buddy,
I have a light but simple estuary set up.
Berkley Drop shot 6'8 3-5kg rod
Daiwa Excellor 2000 with 5 lbs Braid
Leader 6-8lbs
Jig head 3/8 TT
Plastics- 2 1/2 Atomic paddle tails in fluro green and black dots
Burley_GU is worth talking to about this as he is a silent achiever. He is always sending me lots of pics of his days out but rarely posts his sessions on here. Give him a PM I am sure he will spill his guts to you.
Cheers

I usually take 2 set ups out with me
1: 7' Pelagic 1-2kg rod
Black marlin 1000 reel with 2lb braid and 4lb flurocarbon leader
1/8th jigheads or 1/12th.
2,3" gulp wrigglers and 2" baby prawns. (although my bro inlaw now makes his own wrigglers so mainly use them now)
2: 7' pelagic 2-5kg rod
Pelagic 2000 reel with 4lb braid, 6/8lb leader
Same stuff on the end but although not plastic i usually put a little blade on this one.

I've got two:
Rod: Shimano Sahara 2-4kg
Reel: Shimano Sahara 2500
Line: 6lb Fireline
Leader: 15lb Black Magic Flourocarbon
Lure: 100mm Squidgey Fish in Killer Tomato, 4" Gulp Minnow in Newpenny
And...
Rod: Strudwick Sicstik pro 1-3kg
Reel: Shimano Sienna 1000
Line: 2lb Crystal Fireline
Leader: 6-15lb Flourocarbon (depending on the target)
Lure: Rebel Pop-r, 50mm Squidgey Stealth Prawn
Yet to catch anything other than undersize flathead on the second combo, but looking forward to having a bit more fun on the 2lb braid.
Cheers,
Kaidon

Once again I am impressed..how do you remember the make and size of line on your reels? Rods..I would have to go and look to even know what make they are.

Its true pinhead, I actually scare myself sometimes I can remember that but have trouble when the wife asks me to do what ever it was she asked. I even think the wife knows what is what in my collection - I think its to ensure I don't slip another combo in there LoL
