snapper license

hi all need a little help
do i need to get this licence to catch snapper in Moreton bay
was told today by a friend he believes we need this
$90 licence fee for boats

The current government and the fisheries under the guidance of the Minister, Craig Wallace, has stated that a RFL is " off the menu " of this Government.

You should , however, have a read here :-

and then, go and inform your friend that they need to read the rules. Do not believe hearsay. If they don't know, simply say " I don't know ". !!!!
