Hi guys,
Gonna go off Jacobs Well tomorrow around jumpinpin do some fishing for the first time on me boat. Any recommendation on bait/lure ? What is popular catch in that area? Thanks in advance.

blades and plastics mate some good flathead hanging around at the moment just work the weed beds and drop offs on the run out. good luck

thanks mate.. had a go at few plastics but no luck... seems like prawns and pillies were the go on the day :)... but nothing worth taking :( ... not it was a great day out :)

hey mate yeh pumpkinseed wrigglers or paddle tails work every time for us with the flatties. Also been getting some decent sized pike and the odd tailor

wow... ok... i'll give it a go :) ... going to be fun getting the basics of the bay :) tips and tricks always help :)

fresh yabbies pumped at the Pin should sort you out. I would drift with super light gear past anchored boats
