Land based Prawning

I don't have a boat and would like to know where to catch prawns on the north side of Brissy.

Cabbage tree creek, deep water bend in the pine river, boggy creek at pinkenba Newport waterways.

Also pays to walk upstream from the old Sanderons Boat hire area in the Pine River looking for prawns. Near the mouth of Bald Hills Creek sometimes gets good balls of prawns happening late in a run out tide.
Also seen a good net full of prawns come in from the channel leading into Spinnaker Sound Marina last season.
