doggies off the beacons

hi guys,

had a nice trip on friday, took my mate out for his b'day over to moreton. glassed out bay, spun some slugs around the beacons and came up with 10 or so doggies. kept 7 with the biggest 73cm, rest around 60-65cm

found some small lazy schools of mac tuna and some longtails, got 1 take by a mac tuna on an 80mm threadybuster but line tangled on the stowed electric and cut :(

had a real good shot at a longtail just infront of the boat, looked a good size over the 1m mark, but didn't get a take unfortunately

full noise back over the flat bay makes a great day out :D

Well done with something taking slugs and at the beacons. Good photos of that stormy rainy weather but worth it with some action for your mates b day. Cheers

best part of it mate not a drop of rain all day, just nice cloud cover keeping the sun away. stayed cmpletely dry all day, doesnt get much better in the bay
