Its not often you hear about good service so I thought I would give these guys a mention.

I bought a set of their blue Led's from their website, and the next day I received a email saying the lights were not in stock but they were expecting them in the week.

Last week Thursday I received an email saying the lights were in and had been dispatched with Star Track Express and I would have them next day.
Friday came and went so Monday afternoon I emailed them asking about my lights.
7pm last night I received a call from a lady ( Debbie I think) saying the lights had been scanned in at Mackay on Friday and I would get a call back this am with more details.
This morning I received a call from Debbie saying that Star Track had left the lights at my door as no one was home.

I had checked for that on Friday and seen nothing so I had another look in the flower beds and no parcel.
Not a worry she said they would make up another kit and it would be sent via Australia Post tomorrow.

Seems like there were a few other ways that could have played out and none in my favour so I am pretty happy with that.

$hyte happens mate, it's how people deal with it that counts. At least they fixed the problem.

I'll second that FishHunter!

I too bought a set of blue lights from Boatlight Fishing. I saw Kirk at the boat show, where he showed me several types/colours. Once ordered and payed for, I received the kit seemingly instantaniously (day or two). great service, good quality & they work a treat in the boat.

i also have had dealings with them, there are excellent lights and indeed very professional to deal with.
As they said about there lights they are the best money can buy

My kit just arrived, in addition to the lights there is a large tube of silicone, assorted fitment goodies and what appears to be a good quality rheostat

Pity I have to wait till the boat is back to fit them.
