I bought a Sounder/G.P.S combo from BIAS at the boat show and was very pleased with both the deal and the service at the time.The unit was still under warranty (JUST) and it started to play up.
I took it back to Bias who in turn sent it to the manufacturer for testing.No fault was found in the display module so the manufacturer sent me a brand new transducer.I guess they assumed the problem must be there.
I fitted the new Transducer,,,,problem solved.
A couple of weeks later I wanted to see if i could enter some points from my PC, and checked the card slot only to find the card missing.
A quick call to Bias and they checked the store, and, with the manufacturer and no card could be found.
I was too busy to follow up so a week went by.
I just got a call from Glen at Bias saying they had continued to search for my card and had not been able to locate it.
They offered me a new card, at no cost.
I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and compassion.
I am sure they could have said tough luck, but they went the extra mile.
They will get my business from now on.
