not sure whats what but just want the two to talk to each other with depth/temp info etc (garmin 550s plotter and a garmin 400c ) connected all the appropriate wires until I got to the blues and browns. one manual says connect both blue to blue and brown to brown wires and the sounder manual says only the blue? have also changed the settings in the sounder to ON for the NMEA but have no info transferring across. any help would be appreciated. thanks Andrew
