Is the pinkenba boat ramp open yet.

Went past it yesterday and there was a bloke sitting outside what looked like a temporary toll booth set up, with a stop and go sign in his hands, and all the parking spaces were taken up by tradies utes. There was also construction fencing all around the place. I guess the short answer is no.
