Where to go crabbing

Where are some good spots around logan for putting some crab pots in?

i caught the odd one or 2 from the bank on wharf st eagleby generally just check google maps or drive around and find some likly places but be warned iv also had 3 pots stolen from those areas heaps of packeties around

The first place I'd be trying is in the water. Especially near mangroves. Lol

I don't know the Logan area very well but any creek with mangroves should produce crabs. Might still be a little early in the season at the moment. Remember the old adage. "You won't catch crabs in any month without the letter, 'R', in it. We're just into SeptembeR now. Many might still be hibernating.
