Is Aquatic Paradise a good option for a flick or bait soak for a couple of hours in the early evening? Tonights tides are favourable, with high at about 8pm.
My boys play American football at Birkdale Sports fields of a Monday and Wednesday evening so instead of driving back to Wishart or sitting around I thought a fishing session occasionally might be more fun.
Vibes or bait be the best option?

Looking at google the western groin at the entrance would be good, especially to cast into the channel. By the looks of it, the opposite side might be private property anyway as there is a house right there at the end of that street with landscaping right to the end.

Not much water there at low tide. I would jump down to Raby Bay, I think thats a much better option.

G'day

Don't discount the wellington point jetty. Especially for squid now that it's cooling down.

Throw plastics and hard bodies near the yellow marks on the pic below. Throw between the ramp and VMR pontoon and pontoon and other side. Especially throw towards and under the pontoon if you can, Quite often some nice bream sitting under the pontoon. Also good for livies - herring and poddy mullet if you need to stock up on bait, so take a cast net if you have one.
