Are the banners going to stay for Premium members?

I have noticed there are advertising banners in the main chat page and on the boating page.
Are they going to stay for premium members??

Banners have always been part of the Premium Member option.

Any chance of making the banner on the main chat page smaller then.
I seem to have to scroll across the page now to see the details on the right hand side. And it annoying the begeesus out of me.

They're not decreasing but increasing.
