Tin Can Bay fishing

Next month I'm taking my daughter to Tin Can Bay to feed the dolphins.

While she's feeding the dolphins I thought I might try a bit of fishing.

The marina at Snapper Creek looks good, are there any suggestions - tips from anyone who knows the area?

I'll be land based.

Depending on the tide, you can wander over to the point just up from the dolphin feeding or to the sand banks on the other side of the park. Work the gutters on last of run out or first of run in.

Or you can just get a kick out watching your daughter interact with the dolphins.
