Went out yesterday with Troy and we managed 3, Troy managed two piss cutters going 65cmish and I managed a golden 82cmish threadfin.
The colors were very gold on this certain fish so I thought I will post it up, something different. Pics dont really show the colors well, only using my Iphone.
Cheers guys

Thanks Brisbane boy, not sure about best on site but sometimes I press a few Correct buttons and they come out fairly crisp. Btw those new lures worked well, held up nicely on this medium sized tf.

Well done Stotty, you have worked out those Brisbane River threadies mate, good on you.
On the golden colour, i have caught threadies in the Proserpine River that were a beautiful golden colour, it really stands out.
In years since that , other threadies i have caught at the Prossy River have been the standard colour.
Cheers,
John.

thats a nice fish matt, well done. i like the deep gold ones too, most of the fish ive caught over the past few weeks of testing have been more silvery.
ive got a few more lures ready for you if you'd like to try them out, ive been working on fine tuning the colours a bit- let me know
cheers

Yeah mate, it was a day time threadfin. Like you said, most at daytime are generally more silver than yellow. Was a suprise when we saw it.

Yeah true, you say the Proserpine river? Are you speaking of the proserpine river in Mackay or somewhere else?
