There was a bit of a fuss this morning at vic point as well as being crowded there was only one ramp that could be used because there was a boat anchored flopping about blocking people from launching/retrieving.
I forget the owners name of the vessel but he lives on coochie and normally doesn't anchor so close to ramp but it must have got dragged a bit with with strong tide and wind conditions. I think he would be rather embarrassed to know he caused so much drama.

Can't be 100% sure but I swear that looks like the little boat that was anchored just off the ramp yesterday afternoon when we came in.... the fella who owned it helped me when I dam near went over the side trying to throw the mooring line over the cleet (sp?) on the pontoon.

i guess some people can go all grey early :). I started going grey at late 30's.
either way he should not park so close. imagine if everyone on the islands started doing that?
I guess its because its only one person doing it they all put up with it.

that boat is always there, that boat is always anchored rather close to the pontoon, that boat causes a fair few problems from time to time

well it's a wonder that no one has said anything to him? I reckon he must be oblivious to all these problems its causing.

Not a nice place to launch when a strong northerly is blowing.
It must do a lot of damage to many nice boats that ramp.
