Tassie next week: Any charters recommended?

A mate and I (with the ladies!) will be holidaying in Tassie next week.Will be based in Hobart, but we plan on seeing as much of the state as we can. Can anyone recommend a charter operator down there? They say the big Bluefin Tuna die of old age down there. Any truth to the rumours?
