What Size Reel?

Im getting my dad a reel for fathers day and cantdecide which size reel would be best, Its to go on a 4-7 kg 6'6 Rovex Aureus rod. Im looking at either a 4000 size Rovex silun or the 5000 size... i will be putting 20- 30lb mono for baitfishing reefies and pelagics....

any comments would be great :)

The rod is pretty much a penn accord, made in the same factory and distributed by jarvis walker as Penn. it is just a new name hat they are rtying to promote,, at lower price....

What $$$$$ budget are we talking

They are on sale at Tackle world at the moment for $49 for all sizes. Budget is probably around that because he uses braid more often on his other reel, just want another one for heavier class mono.
