not recieving password in email have looked through help section

hi all
i have another account (jason p) and i forgot my password.
so i went through the procedure of getting a new 1 but every time it says (we have sent your new password to your email account) it never appears:-[

this is very fustrating:-/

would be gratefull if someone could help with this problem:) :D ;D 8-)

no e-mail is still the same. spam filter set to low. I receive the first part of the change password procedure in my e-mail, i click on the link provided and it does say that the new password has been sent to my e-mail but this part just doesnt show in my e-mail
