does that mean fisheries will LOWER the legal catch size for all fish so we can actually catch some keepers? :)

All about North Hemisphere's species and special mention that rec and pro fishing is not the major factor in this.
I wonder if there are any studies done on Southern species?

"Although not negating the role of other factors, our study provides strong evidence that temperature actually plays a major role in driving changes in the size structure of populations and communities," the study concluded.
I'd love to see a frank and earnest discussion of the "other factors". Warming in the past (to higher temperatures than we currently have) has seen much larger creatures, due to the availability of food...
