Yes, Tackle Warehouse at Coorparoo is good.
Other than that, google your local BCF or Tackleworld.
Both of these have everything that you need.

My local Tackle Shop is Fish Head Tackle at Victoria Point. (Well it's only 100k's but well worth the drive.) Great shop with top gear run by very nice people.

Can't go wrong with Tackle Warehouse at Coorparoo. Have a massive range of lures, rods and reels.
Thanks Tom

I recommend Fish head in Victoria Point. They only stock top quality gear, none of this 2 dollar taliban tackle. I have found there service to be the best out of all the tackle stores in Brisbane & I have been to them all.
Tackle warehouse has a huge range of gear but I will still go the extra few km's to Fish Head. Not sure if its just me but Tackle warehouse always seems to be a few dollars more expensive.
When it comes to the local tackle store its the customer service you are after. In this day & age anyone can always get a better price overseas. When you go to your local tackle store you want friendly expert advice which is pretty limited when you buy over the net.

Jones' Takle at lutwyche are pretty good and always really helpful. Tackle Warehouse at Cooparoo has a bigger range of gear though. Especially Lures if that's what you are after.

I like Fishhead and Joneses. They give good honest advice without any crap and they know the meaning of customer service. Last week I dropped into Joneses to get them to have a look at the cork on my Starlo Tournament light spin stick. They replaced it on the spot with a very friendly manner. I would use them a lot more if I lived closer. I also don't mind Mossops or Charltons
My dealings with Tackle Warehouse have been less than satisfactory on many occassions. They have the largest inventory but if you are not buying a loomis or Egrell the intrest factor is pretty low with a few of the staff. They are my closest but I seldom go there
