Hi All

Went for abit of a flick in the river today ( Gentlemen's Hours) in at about 10:30 to try a new lure i bought which was clear with red eyes and a ball bearing inside. Sorry can't remember the name. Headed off to the the normal haunt, 2nd cast and bang - I was on to a 35cm bream, best yet on a lure, unfortunately that was the end of that for that lure. Not a touch after that...

I switched to plastics and ended up with 9, I kept the ones between 25 and 35cm for a feed.

Watch out for logs - still afair bit of junk in the river.

Good on ya Scott. Nice effort. I gave it a miss for the weekend and caught up on some family duties. That water quality is still looking poor, just drove down to the river on my way home tosarf. I came home and rigged a couple of bream rods up and set up the boat. First early finish this week and I'm on the water and chase a few bream . 4 bl leader ;D Your got it together now champ. When this water clears and a few old squire haunts start firing up we'll do a squire sesh. Cheers and Congrats on the PB lure fish.
