anyone got gps marks for cockle banks and any other areas in the bay

You dont need a gps to find them, just look at any chart and they cover a huge area off the southern end of Bribie into Moreton Bay, stretching out almost to Moreton Is. They are basically sandbars and shallow flats with some seagrass on them.
You can get plenty of fish without having to go out that far tho. As seen in the recent post they are biting out there.
im overseas at the moment and cant wait to get home and into them.

if in doubt leave scarborough harbour head straight at the water tower on bribe 3/4 the way across you will see a big pole in the middle of nowhere come about 1km straight out from there and you should be able to look up the bribie passage and see the bridge you will get the whiting anywhere around there if all else fail look for the congragation of tinnies noemally 20-30 out there on a good day
