work has been slow so i had the week off.decided to spend most sunrises spinning the seaway chasing trevally and tailor. it was a very quiet week all i could get was small bonito and mac tuna to the tune of around 40cm. this mornin got there at 530 just on 1st light .coupla casts bang smally trev bout 30 back in she goes while some old blokes yelln noooooo there good eating. to late hehe!then pull out the light rod flick a 20g deadzone tryn to wind the lil 1500 pflugar reel flat out then another bang rod bendn like a banana . quick fight and another bonnie landed. fun on 4 pound line off the rocks. back to the snyder, few casts with the big stick then zzzz got one.cupla small runs and agood fight im pulling up a solid trev at 52cm.most of it might be snappy tom but spinning metals is finally starting to show results for me. ps is this a golden or bigeye?

They certainly look like Makeral Tuna to me. I thought the 5 dots visible in the top fish were a fair giveaway

Sounds like some good fun spinning them up
