Macleay River June long weekend

Hey Everybody,
Heading down to the macleay around stuarts point area in bout 2 weeks. leaving over the long weekend. Just wondering how it gonna go with all the fresh water and will it be fishing alright by then. And also how are the beaches arethey washed out much with the rough weather. Is the beach from the grassy head caravan park to the wall able to be driven on? your help would be greatful.

Heading there myself camping at woody head for the long weekend. Hope the conditions are good. . Guessing that there will still be a bit of fresh around but should have cleared a bit, enough to find a few spots. Beaches and headlands should be fine i hope. Guess we will see hey.

fingers crossed i just hope we can get to where we normally go. boat or 4wd only way to get in... it should be right, and if the fishing is shit we will have plenty of beer lol
