Where to fish for tailor at Bribie???

Gday all,

There sems to be lots of reports of tailor around and it's great to see.

I'm on the northside and mainly fish around bribie, occasionally venturing further out when the weather's playing the game.

Years ago I fished for tailor on Fraser with my dad but that was off the beach.

This leaves me wondering if there are any spots in the passage or nearby worth trying for tailor that can be fished from a boat???

Any advice regarding time, tide, location, method etc...

We caught a tailor 200mtr up Elimba creek along with bream and a flatty last week on a out going tide mid morning, I have heard they are every at the moment.

For my birthday I'm heading over to Hutchies early in the morning - my first visit.

I'm seriously going to have a go at the tailor on the weekend though.

take some serious gear with u if your goin ta hutchies
