took the tinny out for its 4th motor test run yesterday,,, don't ask,,, its getting better

a few lumps and bumps were blowing down the passage so i decided to give it a run out to the 1st marker in the mouth thinking that if it played up i could drift back in again,,,, ran great,,, squire were taking everything that i threw at em,,, but all were either just under or just over,,,,

decided to hit cooks rock,,,, snapper were home,,,,, and a couple around the 2kg mark were quickly boated and hit the ice box,,,,, all up i took 5 from here,,, a dozen or so smaller squire and a nice flattie before the turn of the tide and then as normal,,, they went quite

so,,, plan b went into action and i flew back down to the ripples,,,, just to get into the tail of them,,,,, anther 3 around the same size were landed before they moved on,,,, (i should have gone here 1st ,,,,, lol)

i moved again to the "x" marker out the front of ningi creek and stayed on here for a few hours before the bait was getting low and the wind was starting to annoy me to much

all up tho a good session,,, couple of fresh snap's for tea last night,,,, and theres always sunday,,,,,( if the pro's leave cooks alone ove the next few days it should be perfect tomorrow night here as well)

Well done mate. It's certainly looking like we might have a good year on the snaps. Glad to hear the motor is getting better????

May I ask where cooks rocks are???

Cheers

cooks rock lay out the front of sandstone point near the mouth of pumicestone passage shane,,, theres a couple of reports that i did awhile on them with a map attached,,,, easiest way to explain is to head out of the passage into the 1st marker area and turn right,,,, theres an old marker that shows the area,,,, if you are a newbie to them,,, caution is advised,,,, i've seen quite a few props and hulls hit this at mid to low tides

honky, rather than a digi photo of ur screen just do a 'screenshot', easy peasy to do.
The button on ur keyboard above the 'insert' key should be 'Prt Scr / SysRq' button.
1) Press it once and whatever is on your screen at that time will be 'copied'.
2) Open paint or photoshop or similar program and right click or open 'edit' and 'paste'
3) 'Save as' 'jpeg'
Then add the pic into post as you normally would.... HTH :D
