Hi all, well the past few week I've been going on long walks at Nudgee Beach and have been seeing multiple species of fish in the shallows out the front of Pam's Cafe. I'll probably be flicking surface lures around and a few plastics. Just wondering if anyone has tried here with any luck. I know that you can get a few Lizards, Bream and Whiting in the main channel (Shultz Canal) but isn't that good for surface fishing with light leaders.

Be careful you do not venture into the new greenzone along the foreshore there.

Didn't notice, thanks Jack. Just assumed it was alright to fish as I saw some youngsters drag netting there.

Good chance of a threadfin there on a high tide at dawn or dusk, but I think Tony (tunaticer) is right (greenzone)
Marty.
