Whats on in the passage

I am looking at heading into the passage putting in at Donnybrook/Toorbul Wed morn to get out of the breeze a bit. Any one been out thereof late. or got any good spots to try. Would really like to chase some lizards or whiting.....

There's been some good Bream and flatties around, For flathead try the mouth of elimbah creek, just south of the mouth there is plenty of weed beds which hold good fltties. I've also caught some good whiting a bit further up the creek. I caught some good bream near Donnybrook last week. Try around the jetty on little goat island, but be carefull, after catching a couple of good bream I got smoked big time by something there ! The guy that lives there says it happens to him alot.
