Hey mate we got one about 3kgs a few weeks back, we just filleted it then dipped pieces in egg then breadcrumbs.. After that it was just a matter of shallow frying for a few minutes.. Tasted pretty good too.. Cheers Sean

And we also battered some as well but that turned out a bit soft and mushy compared to the crumbed stuff which was nice and crispy.. Cheers Sean

Cut them into fish fingers and coat with whitewings crumb in one and shallow fry them. Works for a lot of other fish too.
